Wayne Friesen is President of Point to Point Solutions Inc. who specializes in logistics, operational performance and change management.

Wayne is recognized as an international industry expert in logistics services, and has over 30 years experience in manufacturing, operations and transportation.  Wayne brings a unique skill set to the organizations he services with experiences in inventory management, transportation, business process improvement, quality control, and damage prevention and claims.

As a consultant, Wayne has led and worked on a variety of projects in staff, union and non-unionized environments covering logistics management in industries including pulp and paper, corrugated packaging, steel, lumber and precast concrete.  In addition to his diverse industry experience, his work repertoire is vast – encompassing quantitative analysis and accounting, through to heavy duty mechanics and construction.

With an ability to communicate with employees on the floor and executives in the boardroom, Wayne builds trust and long-term relationships with the clients he serves.
